The Arizona Tax Credit is an easy way for you to donate the money you owe to State Taxes to Qualifying Charitable Organizations (QCO) in our community.
With your tax money being diverted to the Copper Queen Community Hospital Foundation, you will play a vital part in the distribution of quality health care in Southern Cochise County.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Your generous donation generates a tax credit that will offset tax owed to the State of Arizona on your next tax return! AZ State tax law (A.R.S. 43-1089.01) allows taxpayers a tax credit of up to $1,009 (couples filing jointly) or $506 (filing individually) on Arizona 2026 income taxes when donating to Qualifying Charitable Organizations (QCO). Taxpayers do not have to itemize deductions to claim a credit for QCO donations.
This tax credit is claimed on Form 321. The QCO Code needed on that form is for CQCHF is 22363.
